It applies to account holders, creator or agency users, visitors, and people whose information is processed through connected creator-platform integrations.

We collect account information such as name, email address, authentication identifiers, workspace settings, subscription status, and support communications.

We collect content and configuration you provide, including prompts, media, brand assets, creator profiles, automation settings, catalog items, connected account metadata, and chat or campaign instructions.

When you connect third-party services such as Fanvue, we may process tokens, creator account identifiers, message metadata, vault or media references, dashboard posting targets, and related operational data needed to provide the integration.

We collect technical data such as device, browser, IP address, app version, event logs, diagnostics, crash data, security signals, and usage analytics.

We use information to provide, secure, maintain, improve, and support the service; authenticate users; process billing and entitlements; connect third-party accounts; run AI and automation workflows; debug issues; prevent abuse; and comply with law.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information to understand product performance, improve features, and evaluate reliability, safety, and business metrics.

AI and automation features may send prompts, content, conversation context, media metadata, and configuration to model providers or infrastructure providers as needed to generate outputs, classify requests, retrieve assets, or operate workflows.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit content, connect accounts, and process customer or fan data through the service.

We share information with service providers that help us operate the service, including hosting, databases, authentication, analytics, email, billing, model providers, storage, observability, and creator-platform integrations.

We may disclose information if required by law, to enforce agreements, to protect rights and safety, to investigate abuse or security issues, or in connection with a business transaction such as a merger, financing, acquisition, or asset sale.

Connected platforms and billing providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control third-party platform decisions, data practices, downtime, policy changes, or account actions.

If you revoke access to a connected platform, some historical records may remain in our systems where needed for security, accounting, support, compliance, or audit purposes.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and keep business records.

Retention periods vary by data type. For example, security logs, billing records, support communications, legal acceptance records, and integration audit trails may be retained longer than transient workflow data.
